TESTING |
Having created our prototype solution, user and customer feedback on it will help us locate the errors or oversights early on, plus discover opportunities or needs we have not yet thought about. The aim in the testing stage is to place our solution in their hands in order to set up a joint creation situation to use for building in the future or for creating possible deviations.
For correct implementation we should prepare ourselves in advance for the meeting with the user. We should outline a hypothesis to be validated and also outline the aims of the meeting, and then identify the best assessment tool to use.
