This chapter reviews the best, or at least the most commonly used, practices for modeling and documenting requirements. Each of these techniques warrants its own book(s). However, the purpose of this book is to present them at an introductory level, giving the business analyst enough exposure to the techniques to be able to participate in a requirements gathering or review session where these techniques might be used.
