This chapter looks at the business analyst’s involvement with the project after the requirements have been gathered and agreed upon. The level of involvement from the business analyst will vary greatly from organization to organization, but typical activities that the business analyst may be involved with include selecting the solution, technical proposal analysis, training, impact analysis, and communication.
