So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Appendix D. WebSphere Business Monitor Installation
WebSphere Business Monitor v6.0.2 has three installation options: Basic, Advanced, and Integrated Test Environment. This appendix discusses the Basic installation. The Basic installation option is possible only on the Windows platform. However, Windows XP Professional is not recommended in production environments. It is to be used only for application design, development, and unit test environments. Basic installation enables all the WebSphere Business Monitor-related components, including databases, to be installed on a single machine, but with limited flexibility. Many of the installation parameters are preconfigured and require minimal user interaction.
