Team Identity is the first of the seven core skills for team emotional and social intelligence. There are two key aspects of team identity. First, team members must find something about the team that is similar to something about each individual team member. For example, all team members are leaders, IT professionals, or line staff from various areas of the organization; all members are marketing managers; or all members are people who have volunteered for a committee.
