I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Standards Organizations
Given that Web services are extensible by nature and adaptable to a range of business computing scenarios, it should come as no surprise to learn that there are a number of standards organizations vying to push forward future Web services specifications. It is almost certain that distributing the standards management of a technology would ultimately be the death-knell for other architectures. However, since Web services protocols are largely mutually unaware, aside from the basic SOAP and WSDL infrastructure, and designed to be extended by third parties, it is quite possible for distinct groups with diverse interests in applying Webs services to each progress the state of the art of the overall technology largely independently. ...
