Teamwork has been found to dramatically affect organizational performance. Some managers have credited teams with helping them to achieve incredible results. On the other hand, teams don’t work all the time in all organizations. Therefore, managers must decide when teams should be organized. To determine the extent to which teams should be formed in order to accomplish tasks, respond to the items below.
