Chapter 1. Customizing Sample Forms
In this first chapter, you’ll learn how to use the sample forms that ship with InfoPath to build your first InfoPath solution. The goal of this chapter is to introduce you to the InfoPath forms technology. We’ll create a form from the Meeting Agenda sample to help users organize and summarize meetings. The form captures meeting minutes and action items. We’ll add controls to the form to make it useful in a common engineering scenario—the specification review meeting. You will publish your new InfoPath form to a file server. (Or you can publish it to SharePoint.)
