As a strengths-based project manager, your role includes creating a project team environment in which your project team members can individually and collectively engage in strengths-based talent development. You have learned about and engaged in your own individual strengths development (Chapters 3 and 4). Now your project team members also need to engage in their own individual strengths-based development, equipping them to then be able to articulate, develop, and apply their collective strengths as they work together to achieve project and team success.
