Build or Repair is an engaging and practical tool that will equip and empower participants to have necessary conversations, even when the dialogue may be difficult. It enables participants to explore with whom they may need to build or repair relationships—especially the critical ones, such as leader, manager, peer, direct report, mentor, advocate—within the workplace via a structured process.
