This chapter is designed to support development in place by adding challenges that will broaden your experience base. If you choose this approach, simply look through the ten key challenges and pick one that you want to add to your experience base. For each challenge, there’s a table containing examples of how this challenge could be experienced by reshaping your job, adding a temporary assignment, or seeking a challenge outside the workplace. At the top of the table, you will also find a brief description of the challenge and the kind of learning opportunities it provides.
