Keep warm containers alive

When we code, we have to make sure that our code is be written in such a way that it uses the resources of a warm container instead of doing a cold start. This means that we have to scope our variables in such a way that they can be reused multiple times on subsequent invocations wherever possible. We should reuse our connection (such as an HTTP or a database connection) that was established in a previous invocation.
