Recognizing the solution is in the dialogue, we have prepared this Organization Dialogue Assessment to help assess and improve the level of effective dialogue within your organization.
This assessment is divided into the following sections:
Right People—Are all stakeholders involved in decisions affecting them?
Right Issues—Are all the key issues included in the discussion?
Right Way—Is the way people dialogue in your organization leading to optimal outcomes?
Right Time—Are issues raised and people involved in a timely way?
Right Space—Is dialogue conducted in the right space?
Right Decisions—Is your organization making optimal decisions?
Please write your name and so forth on the first page. This questionnaire covers all of the preceding categories. Each question asks you to consider the issue from both a quantitative (e.g., frequency) and qualitative (e.g., effectiveness) perspective and to then add your comments.
