I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Früher war Scharfstellen das Erste, was man lernte, wenn man zu fotografieren begann. Mit dem Autofokus hat sich das denkbar deutlich geändert. Der Autofokus ist heute so gut, dass sich die meisten nicht einmal die Mühe machen, etwas über Schärfe zu lernen, geschweige denn, sie als gestalterische Option in Betracht zu ziehen. Ich will hier keine Technologieschelte betreiben, aber meiner Meinung nach sollten Sie als Fotograf oder Fotografin wissen, dass das Setzen der Schärfe vielleicht eines der wichtigsten fotografischen Mittel ist. Ob Sie sich dabei auf den Autofokus Ihrer Kamera verlassen oder nicht – Sie müssen verinnerlichen, dass Sie entscheiden, wo die Schärfe in einem Bild liegt und warum.
