Introduction
I started Warband as a piece to create in my free time. Doing concept work professionally is fun, but I enjoy painting on my own as well. The original idea for this piece came up while I was reading a fantasy novel. The basic premise was a fantasy creature waging war on mankind. One thing that really stuck out for me was that after these creatures plundered the town, the survivors heard the creatures celebrating and thought that their singing was beautiful.
