Introduction
This image started as an idea for an entry to the Blender World Cup challenge (bwc.blenderartists.org) for the theme, “A Moment in Time”. I didn’t have a concrete concept; there was just the illustration of an Asian flare provided, and a distant view in my mind … which was probably because I’d just enjoyed playing the final part of the Prince of Persia trilogy. There were about two months until the challenge deadline, which gave me plenty of time to develop the image through the process ...
