Tools

Depending on the specific examinations to be performed, it may become necessary to remove screws or cut wires. Having a small set of hand tools will provide some convenience to the examiners. The laboratory should also be stocked with boxes for securing evidence. If potential exists for the examiners having to process smart phones or tablets, faraday bags should be available. These bags allow examiners to isolate the smart phone or tablet from the cellular network, but still maintain a power source.
