Introduction

Of all the books that I have read dealing with digital forensics, coverage of psychology, ethics, and culture seems to be completely overlooked. As I work on the cases, it becomes clear to me that these areas are the central aspects of digital forensic investigations. What I want to cover in this chapter would be not only the psychological aspects of the person(s) being investigated but also the psychological aspects on the investigator.
