Abstract

This chapter addresses the topic of business continuity and provides the policies and procedures that are required to enable the laboratory to maintain an effective Business Continuity Plan that is both current and effective. It not only looks at the Business Continuity Plan but also addresses the issues of training, management commitment, and the implementation and testing of a Business Continuity Plan.
