Making Resilience a Whole-Business, Whole-Nation, Whole-World Issue

For most business people at a C-suite or board level, the technical guts of the Internet to which they and their businesses connect might as well be the dark matter of the universe. Astrophysicists tell us that dark matter makes up about 84.5 percent of total mass. Add dark energy to dark matter, and you have accounted for 95.1 percent of the total mass-energy content of the total universe.¹ Concerning this 95.1 percent, we know next to nothing because it is dark.
