TRAFFIC CAPACITY CALCULATIONS
Digital signage systems involve real-time as well as near-real-time and non-real-time applications. As a result, calculating the capacity required in such a system means taking several things into account.
CALCULATING THE MINIMUM BITRATE
The maximum transfer time allowed for content is the variable that determines the minimum bitrate. Normally, it is not possible to buy a variable bitrate, so the minimum bitrate has to be selected prior to installation.
