Once you have a general understanding of the conflict and the major strategies and factors to take into consideration, the final step in the process is working with your intuition to come up with alternatives and decide the best choice for you. It may seem like this is an extended process; however, once you have developed an understanding about the different processes to use in assessing a conflict and when to apply them, your intuition literally snaps into place.
