The conflict resolution strategies described in this book are designed to work with most people under most everyday situations. But some especially difficult people with certain personality characteristics require special handling to resolve a problem. These people are often apt to push your buttons and infuriate you, and they are frequently highly emotional themselves. You have to be especially careful to not let them get to you.
