My Truth, Unfiltered
I’m not concerned about the truth thatmakes me free; I’m in pursuit of the truththat makes us all free.
My father was a retired military combat engineer who was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery. I love my country, and I have the deepest respect for all who serve in the armed forces to protect our freedom. My mother is a scheduler for a large health-care system, and she is a pillar of strength for my family. My husband and I live in our home state of North Carolina, as do our three adult children and our adorable grandson.
