As the workforce becomes more global, diverse, multigenerational, and multicultural, and work gets done in different ways and from different locations, the need for more inclusive leadership is imperative. Becoming an inclusive leader isn’t as easy as it sounds. It’s much more than having a title, giving a hug, and being nice. It requires intentionality. It demands a paradigm shift and openness to different ways of thinking and doing things. It means leaning into some discomfort and demonstrating courage to embrace the unknown and the unfamiliar.
