The two most important factors in achieving successful diversity and inclusion training are the facilitators and the design of the exercises. DEI facilitators must have the skills to effectively guide participants through exercises that involve honest and deep reflection of diversity issues by participants. Facilitators must be focused on the participants and keep all participants safe, whether they agree with their viewpoint or not.
