How do you know you have been successful with a training effort? It requires an unusual assessment process. We ask participants if they allowed for movement in their point of view, if they discovered anything of value to add to their personal perspective, if they felt we covered all the areas we discussed at the opening, and if they are committed to continuous learning about people.
