SASE Stakeholders

Every great project starts from a primary goal or objective that is achieved through expert planning, discipline, execution, and validation post-completion. In this way, SASE Service projects are similar as all stated elements are required. SASE differs from most projects in the level of collaboration and overall input required from key stakeholders.

Stakeholders are simply those that have something to either lose or gain from the project’s outcome.
