Communicating Change
To get a project off to a good start, communication is vital; you can never communicate too much. Whether or not people were involved in planning, draw them in now as quickly and fully as possible, using a range of communication methods.

Make sure that all aspects of a change plan are communicated as soon as possible to everyone affected.
