Analyzing Problems

Problems are often seen from a limited perspective, whereas the answer may lie outside the “box,” or problem space, in which you are thinking. Increase the size of your thinking box, so that you can get to solutions you would not otherwise reach.

DK Identify the level at which a problem needs to be addressed.
DK Avoid getting stuck on one limited viewpoint.
DK View problems as puzzles that you need to work on to solve.
