AlwaysAllow

If you start the api-server with --authorization-mode=AlwaysAllow, all requests will be accepted, without using any authorization schema. Use this flag only if you do not require authorization for your API requests.

As you can see, the authentication and authorization possibilities in Kubernetes are very flexible. On the diagram at the beginning of this chapter we have seen the third phase of the API call flow: the admission control. What role does the admission control play? Let's find out.
