DOING AGILE RIGHT
When we set out to write this book, we asked each other what we hoped readers would do differently after reading it. What was the customer problem we were trying to solve? After all, there are countless books, articles, and blogs on agile in the public domain. Why would the world need another one?
The answer was easy. We really do want agile to become a valuable and practical tool rather than one more frustrating fad. We believe that agile mindsets and methods can make people in an organization far happier and more successful.
