In this chapter, we will introduce a fictitious organization named Kosmo Prima (KP) Bank that is looking to modernize its product offerings in the international trade business. In order to establish a business strategy that sets it up for sustained success in the medium to long term, we will employ a series of techniques and practices to help expedite its path from strategy to execution.
