Planning and Preparing for the Upgrade

There are three aspects of the planning and preparation process that I want to emphasize: reviewing your hardware capacity to ensure that your hardware will be able to handle the heavier load you're likely to put on it under R5; the value of conducting a dry run before upgrading for real; and the value of education to yourself and your users.
