Replication Scheduling Issues
Replication schedules can be a problem in two different situations. First, if a single hub serves a large number of spokes, you have to make sure the hub doesn't skip scheduled replications on some of the servers for lack of sufficient time. Second, if a server is providing dialup services for both users and other servers, you may have to limit replication during certain time periods so that servers don't monopolize the telephone lines. The first problem arises in large domains. The second one may arise in frugal companies.
