Controlling the Welcome Screen
This all seems rather reasonable to some people. However, in certain companies and situations user control may not be desirable. Some organizations closely monitor, or even block, Internet access. The methods for controlling what is displayed are available through a combination of administrative controls and modification of the bookmark.ntf template database.
To control the Welcome page displayed to Notes users, modify the bookmark.ntf file and then include the modified template in your company client install kits. After the initial implementation, it is possible to push changes out to users through User Setup Profiles.
