There are several settings in the notes.ini affecting performance in the configuration of Notes and Domino after setup. Note that topics touched on here may be covered in more detail in other chapters. This chapter attempts to establish pointers for further investigation. Some of the changes are general and others are made in response to specific situations. The sections that follow discuss changes to existing, and perhaps additional, parameters in the server's notes.ini file.
