If you’ve ever seen The Lion King on Broadway, you know what a spectacular production it is. I went on a class trip in fifth grade, and I can still remember the way my heart leapt as giant animals on stilts paraded down the aisles to the beat of the drums. The Lion King opened on Broadway in 1997, and it’s the third longest running show that’s still playing.
