Conclusion:Changing the WorldOne Meeting at a Time
As we seek to live by the principles we have described, we feel healthier, more in charge of ourselves, and in a better position to make a difference in society. We conclude this book with an invitation to leaders everywhere. You have more chances than you realize to make positive ripples in the world. You can turn frustration and cynicism to creativity and energy on a daily basis. You needn’t wait for a cataclysmic issue. The practices we describe apply equally to the thousands of ordinary meetings during which much of the world’s work gets done. You can make a positive difference anytime you set it up so that people do things together that none can do alone.
