There’s no question about it, two-sided accountability equates with organizational effectiveness. Thus, all the two-sided accountability efforts discussed so far have been on-point with a goal of improving company results. Conversely, we’ve repeatedly described how companies lose out when hierarchical relationships flourish. Self-delusion and corruption become overwhelming.
