The key to success in network marketing is building a big team of self-reliant, responsible producers who have both the willingness and the capacity to do what we do on a daily basis and then take those abilities and turn them into productivity.
One of the biggest challenges facing network marketers is in finding good people. In fact, many people end up asking themselves, “Where in the world are all the good people? I keep working and can’t seem to find people who duplicate.”
The solution to that is in specifically targeting good people. Network marketing is a social business that is driven by people talking to people. So . . . it makes sense then to specifically focus on “people” people.
Our natural human tendency is to take the path of least resistance. If the road is easier, we take it. Unfortunately, what most people think is the path of least resistance is actually the path of greatest resistance. New network marketers often think it is easier to talk to their broke friends and family because they need an opportunity and because they perceive that process to be much less frightening than going after talented individuals.
