The Difference Maker
Teams rise and fall based on leadership, so let’s look at six attributes of a network marketing leader with some quotes that I found from famous leaders from all walks of life:
1. Positive Attitude: “Ability is what you’re capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it.” —Lou Holtz
2. Character: “People grow through experience if they meet life honestly and courageously. This is how character is built.” —Eleanor Roosevelt
3. Consistency: “In baseball, my theory is to strive for consistency, not to worry about the numbers. If you dwell on statistics you get shortsighted; if you aim for consistency, the numbers will be there at the end.” —Tom Seaver
4. Vision: “Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion.” —Jack Welch
5. Confidence: “To be a great champion you must believe you are the best. If you’re not, pretend you are.” —Muhammad Ali
6. Commitment: “The quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.” —Vince Lombardi
