Trees
Landscape elements are rendered using the same techniques that are applied to other subjects. Look at the general shape of the tree, and keep your approach simple. Then it’s just a matter of adding the details.
To draw this tree with full foliage, block in the overall shape with an HB pencil, and then sketch in the main sections of leaves as separate masses. Don’t try to draw every leaf; just use small, circular strokes for the densest areas.
