Silhouettes

Silhouettes can be used to make greeting cards, logos, or stencils—or simply for decoration. They are also a good way to practice using a brush and India ink. You don’t have to worry about gradations of shading or making the form look round. Instead concentrate on the overall shape and proportions and on controlling your brush lines.
