DIVERSITY IS.
Amri Johnson, a senior executive at Novartis, is often asked what he thinks about the state of diversity in today’s corporate environment. Amri laughs. “What do I think about diversity? Diversity is. That’s it. It’s not going away. It’s here to stay and it’s going to become more of an issue everywhere. So what do we do about it? How do we optimize the opportunity?
