We’ve spent a lot of time discussing why Sprint Goals matter and why you should be using Sprint Goals. There are also many ways the application of Sprint Goals could go wrong. We spent a lot of time on the theory, but now it’s time to go through examples of all the different ways Sprint Goals can fail and how to best address them.
