Getting Started with HTML

The most basic element of web programming is HTML, which stands for HyperText Markup Language, which is the core technology in creating web pages. In order to write HTML 5 code (the latest version of HTML is HTML version 5), you’ll need to use a code editor. This chapter uses Komodo Edit in the examples.
