DVD PRODUCTION PROCESS

Figure 3.1 shows a diagram of the DVD production process. This process has three major phases, with eleven unique steps. The three major phases of DVD Production are Planning, Development and Fulfillment. While all three phases are important, the Planning phase is crucial to insuring the successful completion of a DVD project. Let’s take a quick look at the three phases of the DVD production process shown below, and then we can focus on each of the individual steps in more detail.
