21. Client Feedback
In this chapter we will review the feedback sent by our client and examine what notes and direction provided. Here we start to appreciate the role of changes and constraints on the design process. As designers we are focused on solving problems, working with and reworking changes, and finding the most graceful path around obstacles. How well we interpret and synthesis feedback and guidance from the client can determine the success of the product.
