Classical Linear Method

The classical linear model is a proven design, it is vigorous, and it supports a zero-based approach with subsequent revisions. Traditionally, the classical approach has required considerable training to implement, and the larger the company, the larger the staff required to perform the background analysis leading to a robust strategic plan. Strategic planning is effective only when it is detailed, and it is usually approved at the highest levels of an organization.
